These comprehensive Terms of Service ("Terms") establish a legally binding enterprise agreement between you and DevMentor AI, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our advanced AI-powered developer platform and associated enterprise services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious or harmful activities.
You retain all rights to your source code. We only process your code temporarily to provide our AI services and never claim ownership.
DevMentor AI platform, AI models, and related technology are our proprietary intellectual property and protected by applicable laws.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Your privacy and data security are fundamental to our enterprise architecture. We collect and process personal information under the highest industry standards, fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and enterprise security frameworks.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVMENTOR AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and any outstanding fees will remain due and payable.
We may terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that could harm our platform or other users.
